Work Center Utilization by Day (tisfc1506m000)

Use this session to display an overview of capacity utilization of a work center for one day. You can see, for each order, the time and quantity that it is planned.

Reports

By selecting Print from the File menu, you can start the following sessions:

  • Print Work Center Utilization by Day (tisfc1403m000).
  • Print Shared Work Center Utilization by Day (tisfc1406m000), if the work center is a secondary work center that is linked to a primary work center and the secondary work center is in the same logistic company as the primary work center.

Work Center

The work center for which you want to see a summary of what capacity requirements are planned for that day.

To see utilization for a shared work center, use the Shared Work Center Utilization (tisfc1510m000) session.

Site

The site ID.

Note: Only visible if multisite functionality is active.

Total Hours

The total available capacity (hours) of employees working at the work center for the selected day.

Total Hours Machine

The total available capacity (hours) of the machine working at the work center for the selected day.

Production Date

The day for which you want to see a summary of what capacity requirements are planned.

Normal Man Capacity

The normal capacity for the selected employee.

Normal Machine Capacity

The normal capacity for the selected machine.

Available Capacity

The available capacity (hours) of the employee working at the work center for the day in question.

Available Capacity

The available capacity (hours) of the machine working at the work center for the day in question.

Start Time

The start of the period for which you want to see what capacity has been planned.

Production Order

The code of the planned production order.

Routing

Note: If no routing is displayed, there are no estimated production costs defined for the production order.
Operation

The code of the operation planned for the work center.

Operation Status

The progress of the operation.

Allowed values

Planned

The status when the plan is created.

Ready to Start

When there is enough Quantity Completed on all the previous operations to report complete the minimum order quantity of the operation in the Report Operations Completed (tisfc0130m000) session, the operation status is set to Ready to Start by the previous operation.

Started

If you use LN the operation status is Started when any quantity is reported as completed in Job Shop Control .

Active

A WIP transaction has been performed on this operation. When the first operation is set to Active, the order status becomes Active too.

Blocked

The operation has been blocked in Job Shop Control by the user or by an inspection order. Refer to Blocking operations.

Completed

All the work has been completed for the operation. The quantities reported as completed and rejected are final. You can set this status in the Report Operations Completed (tisfc0130m000) details session. If required, you can click Reset Operation Status in the Report Operations Completed (tisfc0130m000) details session to change the operation status from Completed back to Active.

Closed

The financial results of the operation have been calculated. Operations can only be closed in LN.

Quantity Planned

The quantity of items you plan to produce in this operation on this date, including items lost to scrap and low yield.

Queue Time

The queue time is used in lead time calculation. The queue time is expressed in days or hours. The days or hours must be interpreted as days and hours in the working time calendar that is linked to the work center.

If the Time Unit field is Days, LN rounds the entered values of the lead times to integer values.

Wait Time

The wait time of the operation as you defined it in the Routing Operations (tirou1102m000) session, expressed in the time unit you specified in that same session.
