Material Supply Lines (tirou2250m000)

Use this session to display material supply lines for subcontracting routing operation and subcontracting production order operations.

Field Information

Manufactured Item

The manufactured item that is also the main item of the production order.

Requisition Quantity

The quantity specified on the purchase requisition line.

Routing

The routing attached to the main item.

Note: This field is visible when a purchase requisition is generated for a routing.

Operation

The operation for which the materials are needed.

Note: This field is visible when a purchase requisition is generated for a routing.
Sequence Number

The sequence number of the operation. This number is based on the effective/expiry dates, and is used to distinguish between operations.

The effectivity and expiry date for operations are used in:

  • Enterprise Planning
  • Standard Cost Calculation
  • Job Shop Control

Production Order

Subcontracted Operations

The operation or operations that are subcontracted.

Note: This field is visible when a purchase requisition is generated for a JSC order with one or more subcontracted operations for one subcontractor.

A component or subassembly send to the subcontractor.

Subassembly

If this check box is selected, the item is a subassembly.

Scrap Percentage

The factor by which the net quantity must be increased to compensated for scrap or material losses during manufacturing.

Scrap Quantity

The quantity used to estimate the fixed loss of quantity in the manufacturing process.

A fixed quantity scrap is calculated using this formula:
