Generate Assembly Orders (tiapl3201m000)
Use this session to create assembly orders in Assembly Control for product variants that are present in Assembly Planning.
- You can only start the current session if your current company is defined as master company in the Assembly Planning Parameters (tiapl0500m000) session.
- LN considers the process variables for the selected operation assignments during the generation of the assembly orders. These process variables are also linked to the line station orders of the created assembly order.
Field Information
- Roll-off Line

The roll-off line on which the product variant is assembled as an end product.
The following characteristics of the assembly line are also important:
- The assembly order time fence, which is defined in the details of the Assembly Lines (tiasl1530m000) session. Only product variants are considered whose Planned Offline Date, which is displayed in the Product Variants (Assembly) (tiapl3500m000) session, falls in the assembly order time fence of this roll-off line.
- The Assembly Line Structure Status of the roll-off assembly line, which appears in the Assembly Lines (tiasl1530m000) session. This status must be Actualized.
If you select an assembly line by zooming from this field to the related session, only assembly lines can be selected whose Assembly Line Structure Status is Actualized.
- Roll-off Line

The roll-off line on which the product variant is assembled as an end product.
The following characteristics of the assembly line are also important:
- The assembly order time fence, which is defined in the details of the Assembly Lines (tiasl1530m000) session. Only product variants are considered whose Planned Offline Date, which is displayed in the Product Variants (Assembly) (tiapl3500m000) session, falls in the assembly order time fence of this roll-off line.
- The Assembly Line Structure Status of the roll-off assembly line, which appears in the Assembly Lines (tiasl1530m000) session. This status must be Actualized.
If you select an assembly line by zooming from this field to the related session, only assembly lines can be selected whose Assembly Line Structure Status is Actualized.
- Product Variant

The product variant for which assembly orders are created.
Only product variants that meet the following criteria are considered:
- The Assembly Status, which appears in the Product Variants (Assembly) (tiapl3500m000) session, is Open.
- The To Be Deleted check box, which appears in the details of the Product Variants (Assembly) (tiapl3500m000) session, is cleared.
If you select a product variant by zooming from this field to the related session, only product variants that meet these criteria can be selected.
An additional requirement is that the Planned Offline Date, which is displayed in the Product Variants (Assembly) (tiapl3500m000) session, falls in the assembly order time fence of the roll-off line. The assembly order time fence is defined for each assembly line, in the details of the Assembly Lines (tiasl1530m000) session.
