Use this session to maintain year-dependent data of the budgets.

The budget year.
Default value
The default value will be the current fiscal year.

- Flexible Budget

If this check box is selected, the specified budget is a flexible budget.
- Number of Budget Periods

Indicate the total number of periods as can be defined per budget.
You can either define the budget amounts and quantities in the Budget Amounts and Quantities by Period (tffbs1101m000) or Flexible Budget by Year (tffbs1110s000) sessions, or you can link a distribution method to a budget in this session.
Note: The budget amounts and quantities will be distributed across the number of periods defined here. - Distribution

For the conversion rates, the following applies:

To Budget Currency
You can only change the rates with a direct translation from the home currencies to the budget currency. -
To Reference Currency
In a dependent currency system, you can only change the rates from the reference currency to the other home currencies.
In a standard currency system, you can only change the rates of a reporting currency with translation method From Local Currency.
