Transaction Distribution (tffam8505m000)

Use this session to view for each asset, asset book, location, and business partner the amounts that are applicable for the cost, accumulated depreciation, revaluation cost and revaluation accumulated depreciation.

Field Information

Asset Number

The asset number and asset extension.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Asset Extension

The asset number and asset extension.

Asset Book

The asset book associated with the asset. These book codes are used to define the books used by assets to record transactional data. Each asset must have at least one asset-book relationship.

Description

Home Currency

The home currency.

Asset Tran Type

The asset transaction type.

Transaction Date

The document date of the transaction.

Business Partner

The code of the business partner.

Note: This filed is visible only if the Transactions by Business Partner check box is selected in the FAM Parameters (tffam0100s000) session.
Description

The name of the business partner.

Location Key

The location key used to identify the transaction amount by location.

Location Segment

The location segments that include codes which you can choose from, to indicate the location of the asset. You can select up to eight location segments to define the location format. A segment is a unique identifier that tracks specific kind of information about an asset's physical location.

Location

The description or name of the code.

Transaction Cost

The transaction cost.

Depreciation

The depreciation amount.

Revaluation Cost

The cost of revaluation.

Revaluation Depreciation

The revaluation depreciation amount.

Posted

If this check box is selected, a journal entry for the transaction is posted to the General Ledger .

Year

The year in which the transaction is posted to the General Ledger.

Period

The period in which the transaction is posted in General Ledger .

Transaction Key

The code used to determine if a transaction is related to an asset, asset book, location, or business partner.
