Archive and/or Delete Cost Analysis Data (tfcat2881m000)
Use this session to:
- Delete cost analysis data.
- Archive and delete cost analysis data.
For archiving, LN also copies master data to prevent reference problems.

LN (archives and) deletes data from various tables.

- Actual Performance

If this check box is selected, LN archives and deletes the actual performances as well.
- Allowed Costs and Deviations

If this check box is selected, LN archives and deletes allowed costs and deviations as well.
- Actual Costs

If this check box is selected, LN selects actual costs.
- Budget

Enter a budget, for which the allowed costs and deviations have to be archived.
Default value
The Actual Budget field of the current financial company.
- Archive Text

If this check box is selected, Infor LN archives the texts related to the master data.
- Overwrite Text

If this check box is selected, Infor LN overwrites the texts related to the master data.
- Type of Process

Select Delete Only, Archive Only or Archive and Delete, as required.
- Original Company

The code of the company for which archiving is done.
- Description

The description or name of the code.
- Archive-to Company

The archive company to which the data is transferred.
Note:- This is a display field.
- Infor LN defaults this value from the Archive-to Company field in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0500m000) session.
