Integrate Actual Surcharges (tfcat2231m000)

Use this session to integrate the actual surcharges that are calculated in the Actual Costs by Dimension (tfcat2511m000) session or the Actual Costs by Reference Unit (tfcat2510m000) session into the Item Surcharges (ticpr1110m000) session or the Project Surcharges (tipcs3120m000) session.

If the Integration by Cost Type check box is selected, LN integrates the actual surcharges by ledger account as calculated in the Actual Costs by Reference Unit (tfcat2510m000) session.

LN uses the following sessions:

Integration Scheme for Standard Cost Calculation (tffbs1530m000) session
Defaults for Standard Cost Calculation (tffbs1531m000) session to determine from which ledger account, dimension type, dimension, reference unit or combination of these details the surcharges should be integrated into an item, item group, PCS project or warehouse.

Field Information

Standard Cost Calculation Code: Enter a standard cost calculation code to integrate the surcharges.
Standard Calculation: If this check box is selected, LN integrates the actual surcharges for the standard cost calculation. LN does the calculation for all surcharges that have no integration with PCS, as defined in the Defaults for Standard Cost Calculation (tffbs1531m000) session.
Project / Budget Calculation: If this check box is selected, LN integrates the actual surcharges with the project surcharges in the Project Surcharges (tipcs3120m000) session.
Overwrite Surcharges: If this check box is selected, LN overwrites existing surcharge lines.
Print Process Report: If this check box is selected, LN prints the results of this session in a report.
