Use this session to to execute the budget control adjustments.
Field Information
- Budget Year

The year for which the budget is valid. The year corresponds to the fiscal year defined in the General Ledger module.
- Short Description of Year

The description or name of the code.
- Budget

The code of the budget for which you want to make an adjustment.
Note: The budget must be active and approved. - Description

The date on which the adjustment is created.

The user who created the adjustment.

Note: This field is updated only after a successful processing. - Rate

The exchange rate used to calculate the budget amount expressed in the budget currency.

The level 1 budget account on which the adjustment occurs. Higher level budget accounts are rolled up during the transaction.

The exchange rate type for the currency conversion.
The default rate type is based on the Budget by Year. Otherwise, the default purchase rate type as defaulted in the Company data.

The date used to determine the exchange rate.
- Effective Date

The date on which the adjustment balance is verified and updated.

The discounted unit price for the adjustment. This is an optional field.
Note: If you specify an Unit Price, you must also specify the quantity and the Unit Price must match the adjustment amount. - Reason
