Use this session to update the credit balances and statistics for the Credit Collector Workbench (tfacr3609m000) and the Collections by Invoice-to Business Partner (tfacr3607m000) session. You must run this session daily for accurate results.

Credit Analyst

The From and To fields define a range of: credit analyst

Company

The From and To fields define a range of: financial company.

Note: This check box is visible only when credit collection is performed for multiple financial companies.
Current Company

If this check box is selected, you can generate invoice for multiple companies.

Note: 
  • This check box is visible only when credit collection is performed for multiple financial companies.
  • If this check box is not selected, you must specify the Reporting Currency Group field.
Reporting Currency Group

The code of the reporting currency group.

Note: This check box is visible only when credit collection is performed for multiple financial companies.
Home Currency

The currency in which the credit balances and statistics are expressed. By default, this value is the home currency.

Top Parent Business partner

If this check box is selected, the top parent business partner is considered for credit balance processing.

Note: If this check box is not selected, the direct parent business partner is included.
Statistics

If this check box is selected, the Average Days for Payment, Average Days Outstanding and Average Days Overdue fields in the Balances (tfacr3507m000) session are updated.

Start Year

The year from which you want to calculate the business partner statistics.

Description

The description or name of the code.
