Print Commissions Paid to Employees (tdcms4451m000)

Use this session to print a list of the commissions paid to employees. You can also print a list of (partially) unpaid commissions, or a balance list of commissions to employees.

The following types of reports exist:

  • Non-paid commissions report: all (partially) unpaid commissions are printed on this report. This report is used by the payroll department to pay out commissions. The actual amounts paid can be manually entered on the printed report. These actual amounts paid can be entered in the Commissions Paid to Employees by Order (tdcms0151m000) session, or the Commissions Paid to Employees by Relation (tdcms1151m000).
  • Balance report: all payments are printed on this report. It is used to check the commissions paid to employees against the actual payments.

You can choose to print a summarized or a detailed report. A summarized report contains the totals for the commissions paid by employee. A detailed report contains the commissions paid by employee by order number.

Field Information

Balance

If this check box is selected, a balance report for all payments of commissions to employees is printed.

This balance report checks whether the payments:

  • Are entered correctly in the Commissions and Rebates module by the payroll department.
  • That are made in LN, meet the commissions.

If this check box is cleared, a list of (partially) unpaid commissions to employees is printed which is used by the payroll department to decide whether the calculated commissions to employees must be (fully) paid or not.
