Registrations by Business Partner (tctax4102m000)

Use session to define the tax registration for a specific business partner associated with the financial company.
Note: This session can be accessed by only if:
  • The Extended Registration Managementis set to Active in the Concept Activation (tcemm4600m100) session.
  • The Registrations (Non-Tax) field is set to Active in the Global Registration Parameters (tctax2100m000) session.

Infor LN allows you to create business partner registrations for a registration type for which the Use for Tax Registration check box is selected in the Registration Type (tctax2610m000) session only if the Extended Registration Management field is set to Active in theGlobal Registration Parameters (tctax2100m000) session.

Field Information

Business Partner

The code of the business partner for whom the tax registrations must be defined.

Name

The name of the business partner.

Country

The code of the country for which the tax registration is defined.

Registration Type

The registration type used to define the tax registration for the business partner.

Note: 

This value is defaulted from the Default Registration Type field in the Global Registration Parameters (tctax2100m000) session.

This field is displayed and enabled only if the Multiple Registration Types check box is selected in the Global Registration Parameters (tctax2100m000) session.

Jurisdiction

The code or name of the jurisdiction based on the country or state.

Note: This field is displayed and enabled only if the Optional Jurisdiction at State / Province Level check box is selected in the Global Registration Parameters (tctax2100m000) session.
Jurisdiction Level

The jurisdiction level at which the registration type is applicable for the country.

The state or province of the country for which the tax registration is defined.

Economic Zone Type

The economic zone type of the state or the country for which the tax registration is defined.

Effective Date

The date and time from when the tax registration defined for the business partner is valid.

Expiry Date

The date and time until when the tax registration defined for the business partner is valid.

Temporary Registration

If this check box is selected, the tax registration defined for the business partner is considered temporary.

Identification Number

The unique alphanumeric code issued by the tax registration authority. This code is used to identify the enterprise in the country of issue. The length and the structure of the ID differs by country and type.

Invoicing Allowed

Indicates if invoices can be created for the orders that use this tax registration.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Temporary Registration check box is selected.
Last Verification Date

The date and time when the tax registration is last verified. This value is populated with the Request Date from the VIES web service.

Verification User

The user who performs the verification of the business partner’s tax registration.

Consultation Number

A unique number used to prove that the tax registration check is performed on the verification date. This number is generated by the VIES web service on the Verification Date.

Verified Registered Address

The verified registered address that is associated with the tax registration of the business partner.

Verified Registered Name

The verified registered name that is associated with the tax registration.

Registered Address

The address of the business partner used for the tax registration in a specific country.

Name

The name of the business partner.

Legal Name

The name linked to the registration ID which can be used on the legal reports.

Registration Category

The registration category applicable for the financial company of the business partner.

VAT Agent

Indicates whether the tax number associated with the tax registration number of the business partner is related to a VAT agent.

Note: The VAT number of the agent is published on the related official documents, such as sales invoices. If this check box is selected, Infor LN allows you to publish the correct data in the Sales Invoice XML output.
