Note: 

• When the user manually adds the inspection order line and this check box is selected, you cannot link the conformance document to the inspection order lines, if the inspection order is of type conformance reporting.
• You must not create the conformance register lines and the inspection order lines if the conformance documents are created based on the order inspections.
• You must not create the conformance register lines if:
  • The conformance documents are created for pre-approval.
  • The conformance documents are created for service related orders.

Document Layout

The type of layout in which the document must be printed.

The format code to print the document.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Document Layout field is set to Customized.

Document Category

The category of the document.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Informational checkbox is cleared.

Description

The description or name of the code.

One Document Per Serial

If this check box is selected, you must specify a document for each serialized item. Else, one document can be provided for all the serialized items.

Note: 

• If this check box is selected, a test data line is created for each serialized item in the Inspection Order (qmptc1100m100) session. You can specify a new document number for a line.
• Else, only one test data line is created for all the serialized items.
• This checkbox is enabled only if the Informational checkbox is cleared.

One Document Per Lot

If this check box is selected, you must specify a document for each lot. Else, one document can be provided for all the lots.

Note: 

• If this check box is selected, a test data line is created for each lot in the Inspection Order (qmptc1100m100) session. You can specify a new document number for a line.
• Else, only one test data line is created for all the lots.
• This checkbox is enabled only if the Informational checkbox is cleared.
