Failure and Action Details (qmpqm2501m000)

FRACAS Number

The code of the FRACAS document.

Status

The status of the FRACAS document.

The position number of the FRACAS document.

Reported Failed Item

The code of the item for which the failure is reported in the FRACAS document.

Lot Number

The lot number linked to the item.

Serial Number

The serial number of the item.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Configuration Controlled field is set to Serialized in the Items - Service (tsmdm2100m000) session or Item is serialized in Items-General, for the specified Reported Failed Item.
Inventory Date

The inventory date assigned to the item when stored in the warehouse.

Reported Quantity

The quantity of the items for which the failure is reported.

Reported Unit

The unit in which the quantity is expressed.

Item (Original)

The code of the actual failed item.

Lot Number

The lot number linked to the item.

Serial Number

The serial number of the actual failed item.

Actual Quantity

The quantity of the actual failed item.

Actual Unit

The unit in which the quantity is displayed.

Failure Code

The code of the identified failure.

Reference Designator

The location where the item component can be placed. This value is used to differentiate between two test group lines with the same data.

Repeated Failure

If this check box is selected, the reported failure is considered as a failure that has occurred again.

Bad Fix

If this check box is selected, the resolution provided to the failure reported in the FRACAS document, is not appropriate.

Note: 

By default, this check box is cleared.

This check box is enabled only it the Status is Open or Assigned.

Failure Category

The category of the failure.

Failure Stage

The stage at which the failure is reported.

Instrument Group

The code of the instrument group.

Instrument

The code of the instrument that is used to identify the cause of the failure.

Instrument Number

The number of the instrument.

Technician

The engineer assigned to resolve the failure.

Note: You must specify this value if the FRACAS Status is set to Assigned.
Quarantine ID

The identification code of the quarantine ID.

Quarantine Disposition Line

The quarantined manufactured or purchased items or materials disposition lines.

Non-Conformance Report

The code of the non-conformance report (NCR) linked to the FRACAS document.

Corrective Action Plan

The code of the corrective action plan (CAP) linked to the FRACAS document.

Disposition Action

The disposition action taken for the reported items.

The code of the business partner to whom the item is returned.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Disposition Type field is set to Return to Vendor.
Title

The name of business partner.

To Item

The code of the item. Infor LN considers this item for re-work or re-classification of the item for which the failure is reported.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Disposition Type field is set to Reclassify or Rework (to New Specification).
Action Code

The code of the action taken to resolve the failure reported in the FRACAS document.

Repair Date

The date on which the NCM Report is created.

Item (Replaced)

The code of the item. Infor LN considers this item to replace the item for which failure is reported.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Disposition Action field is set to Replace.
Lot Number

The lot number linked to the Item (Replaced).

Note: This field is enabled only if the Disposition Action field is set to Replace.
Serial Number

The serial number of the Item (Replaced).

Note: This field is enabled only if the Disposition Action field is set to Replace.
Quantity

The quantity of the Item (Replaced).

Note: This field is enabled only if the Disposition Action field is set to Replace.
Replaced Unit

The unit in which the quantity is expressed.

The order type created to execute the disposition.

Indicates if the resolution provided for the registered failure has an impact on the engineering data related to the revision of the item.

The date and time when the failure is resolved.

Failure Solved Remarks

Additional information related to the resolution provided for the registered failure.

Last Assigned By

The ID of the user who assigns the NCMR.

Assigned Date

The Assigned Date.

Last Dispositioned By

The code of the user who last updates the disposition.

Dispositioned Date

The date on which item line is dispositioned.

Closed By

The ID of the user who closes the NCM Report.

Closed Date

The date on which the NCM Report is closed.

Cancelled By

The ID of the user who cancels the NCM Report.

Cancelled Date

The date on which the Corrective Action Plan is cancelled.

The additional information for the failure.

The additional information related to the action.
