Intrastat Reporting

This chapter describes the intrastat reporting processing and maintenance in Infor LN 10.7 for Poland localization.

The establishment of the European Union resulted in the removal of borders between the Member States, thus creating a single market. Hence the European Union statistics were deprived of a source of data on the trade in goods within EU territory, because customs clearances were discontinued, and Single Administrative Document was abolished. Therefore, it was necessary to create a new, common statistics system for trade between the EU member states. Starting January 1st, 1993, Intrastat system was introduced to the area of Single European Market.

Intrastat is in force in Poland since accession to the European Union, since the 1st of May 2004.

The standard functionality of Infor LN 10.5 related to the preparation of an Intrastat declaration has been supplemented with additional functions that make it easier to prepare the declaration. The version with Polish Localization provides:
  • The possibility of preparing the declaration in an XML file in accordance with Polish standards (ISTAT, PUESC)
  • Control reports useful for preparing the declaration
