Introduction

This document explains the functionality related to the Polish Localization for Infor ERP LN 10.7. version. These are the legal acts in Poland that enforced the enhancement:

• Accountancy Act of 29 September 1994 and related all amendments.
• Goods and Services Tax Act of 11 March 2004 and related all amendments.
• Ordinance of the Minister of Finance concerning electronic invoice sending, the storage rules, and the sharing mode for a tax institution or a fiscal control institution, of 17 December 2010, and related all amendments.
• Ordinance of the Minister of Finance concerning the execution of some regulations in the Goods and Services Tax Act, of 22 December 2010, and related all amendments.
