Trial balance report

This topic describes the trial balance report process in Infor LN 10.7 for Poland localization.

According to Art. 18 par. 1–3 of Accountancy Act, transaction totals for each general ledger account must be printed at the end of the month and on the day of the stocktaking. This purpose is served by trial balance report.

The reports printed must include the information required by Art. 18 par. 3 of the Act, such as:
  • ledger account symbols and names
  • account balances on the day of book opening (with a division into debit and credit)
  • turnover in the reporting period
  • turnover incrementally since the beginning of financial year, including the specified period
  • account balances at the end of the period
The totals of trial balances additionally must include:
  • account balances on the day of book opening
  • turnover for a specific period
  • turnover incrementally since the beginning of fiscal year
  • account balances at the end of the period

Journal entries must be automatically consistent with the trial balance report; totals in the journal report must equal the totals on the trial balance report for the respective periods.
