Field Information

Shipment

The number of the shipment that carries the goods.

Shipment Line

The position number of the shipment line.

Item

The code of the item for which the shipment line is created.

Shipped Quantity

The actual quantity of goods on the shipment line.

Unit

The code or name of the unit in which the shipped quantity is expressed.

Tax Reporting Currency

The code of the currency in which taxing of the item is reported.

Note: This value is defaulted from the Customs Value Currency field of the warehousing shipment line and can be modified.

Exchange Rate Type

The exchange-rate type used for the shipment line.

Note: This value is defaulted from the Exports Exchange Rate Type field in the Indian Financial Parameters (lpind0100m000) session.

Rate Determiner

The rate determiner used to determine the rates between the item currency and the home currencies.

Rate Date

The date and time when the exchange rate is calculated.

Rate/Rate Factor

The rate factor that must be used to convert the currency before the exchange rate is applied.

Rate Factor

The rate factor.

Customs Value

The commercial price per unit quantity of the line item, expressed in the order currency.

Note: This field is used for customs evaluation purposes and therefore the sales price is defaulted.

Customs Value Currency

The code of the currency in which the customs value of the item is calculated.

Transactional Value

The total value of the imported goods related to the transaction.

Shipment Charges Value

The sum of all the shipment charges after the charges are apportioned to the shipment lines.

Shipment Charges(Part of FOB) Value

The sum of shipment charges which are part of the FOB value.

Assessable Value

The value upon which various duties and taxes are levied.

Note: 

This value is the sum of Transactional Value and Shipment Charges(Part of FOB) Value.

This value can be modified only for the direct exports.
