Print Withholding Tax Certificate (lptha1400m000)

Use this session to print the withholding tax certificates for the specified ranges of payment batches and business partners.

This session is enabled only if the Functionality for Thailand check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
When the withholding certificate that is not set to Reprint or Draft is printed, the certificate number is generated based on the values defined for these fields in the Thailand Parameters (lptha0100m000) session:
- WHT Certificate Number Group
- Certificate Series - Individual
- Certificate Series - Corporate
Infor ERP LN validates if the Business Partner Set for PND54 value is specified in the Thailand Parameters (lptha0100m000) session, before printing the certificate.

Field Information

Reprint: If this check box is selected, LN prints a previously printed withholding tax certificate.
WHT Certificate: The From and To fields define a range of: the withholding tax certificates that are printed.

Note: This range is enabled only if the Reprint check box is selected.
Business Partner: The From and To fields define a range of: the business partners to whom the withholding tax certificate is issued.
Financial Company: The From and To fields define a range of: the financial companies for which the withholding tax certificate is printed.
Payment Advice Batch: The From and To fields define a range of: the payment batches from where the withholding tax are generated, printed.
Transaction Type: The From and To fields define a range of: the transaction types for which the withholding tax certificate is printed.
Document Number: The From and To fields define a range of: the document numbers for which the withholding tax certificate is printed.
Transaction Date: The date and time when the withholding tax certificate is printed.
Draft: If this check box is selected, LN prints a draft version of the withholding tax certificate.
