Delete Subcontracting Challans /D3 Challans

You can delete the data from subcontracting challans, shipments by D3 challan, and D3 challan using the Delete Subcontracting Challans (lpind1235m300) session.
Note: You can also use the Subcontracting Challans (lpind1535m100) and D3 Challans (lpind1516m000) sessions to delete the data. The process is explained below for the subcontracting or D3 challans.
You can delete subcontracting challans only if:
  • The challan status is set to Closed or Balance Quantity is 0 in the Subcontracting Challans (lpind1535m100) session.
  • The shipment linked to the challan is deleted using the Remove confirmed Shipments/load(whinh4250m000) session.

To delete subcontracting challans:

  1. Select the Subcontracting Challan check box in the Delete Subcontracting Challans (lpind1235m300) session. The corresponding fields are enabled.
  2. Select the challan numbers to be deleted.
  3. Click Delete.
You can delete D3 challans only if:
  • Shipment linked to the D3 challan is deleted using the Remove Confirmed Shipments/Loads (whinh4250m000) session.
  • The balance quantity of a D3 challan must be 0.

To delete D3 challans:

  1. Select the D3 Challan check box in the Delete Subcontracting Challans (lpind1235m300) session. The corresponding fields are enabled.
  2. Select the D3 challan numbers to be deleted.
  3. Click Delete.
