The Central Invoicing in Infor LN must meet these Hungary requirement.

Amendments as from 1st of January 2016

Effective from 1st of January 2016 the following amendments to the Decree Nr. 23/2014 (VI.30.) NGM (further on: Decree) on the Tax Identification of Invoices and Receipts, and on the Supervision by the Tax Authority of Electronically Stored Invoices, will come into force:

• Paragraph (1) c) of Section 8 of the Decree provides that as from 1st of January 2016 all invoicing software falling under the Decree shall have the function “adóhatósági ellenőrzési adatszolgáltatás” (data disclosure for inspection by the tax authority) provided for in Section 11/A.
• Section 11/A. of the Decree prescribes that the invoicing software shall have a built-in function called “adóhatósági ellenőrzési adatszolgáltatás” (data disclosure for inspection by the tax authority) that runs independently integrated into the program, designed to export data of invoices:
