Introduction

This document explains the functionality related to the Hungarian Localization for ERP LN 10.6. version. The enhancements are required to meet the regulations of National Tax and Customs Administration (NTCA). These are the legal acts in Hungary which enforced the enhancement:

• Act C of 2000 of Accounting and related all amendments.
• Act LXXXI of 1996 on Corporate Tax and Dividend Tax and related all amendments
• Act CXXVII of 2007 on Value Added Tax and related all amendments
• Hungarian Invoice-decree - NGM Ministerial decree 23/2014 (VI.30.) on tax administration identification of invoices and receipts and on tax authority inspection of invoices preserved in an electronic form, which has come into effect on July 1. 2014, meanwhile replacing the former PM ministerial decree 24/1995 (XI.22.)).
