Issue of Sales Invoice

To create an invoice for your sales order:

  1. Access the Invoicing 360 (cisli3600m000) session, specify the sales order number in the third segment of the Source Document field and click Apply Filter.
  2. Select the billable line of the sales order and click Actions > Compose invoice. The Invoice Status is updated to Ready to Print.
  3. Select the invoice line on the Invoices tab and click Actions > Submit to External Invoicing. The Invoice Status is updated to Submitted to External System.
  4. Access the Fiscal Documents 360 (lpbra3600m000) session, specify the sales order number in the third segment of the Source Document field and click Apply Filter.
  5. Verify that the fiscal reference generated of the sales order is updated in the Fiscal Reference field and the Fiscal Document Type is Sale with Order on the Fiscal Document tab.
  6. Access the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session and click Go to Details for the invoice with the Fiscal Reference number. The Invoicing (btsli2100m900) session is displayed.
  7. Verify that Sale with Order displays in the Invoicing Fiscal Document Type field of the Document Data section of the invoice header.
  8. Select the invoice with the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session and click Actions > Process. The Print/Post Invoices (btsli2200m100) session is displayed.
  9. Verify that the Print check box is selected and click Continue to print the invoice. The Transferred Fiscal Documents Report is printed and the Invoice Status is updated to Printed.
  10. Verify that the invoice is selected in the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session and click Actions > Electronic Fiscal Doc. > Process NFe Return. The Process NFe Return (btnfe8220m000) session is displayed.
  11. Review the data and click Process. The NFe return is processed, the Authorized Electronic Fiscal Document report is printed, and the invoice is integrated with the order.
  12. Verify that the Invoice Status is updated to Approved by External System on the Invoices tab in the Invoicing 360 (cisli3600m000) session.
  13. Select the invoice and click Direct Process to generate the document in accounts receivable (ACR) create the entries.
  14. Review the generated documents generated in the accounts receivable (ACR).
  15. Click Execute to process the sales order in the Sales Order Line Status (tdsls4534s000) session. The Process Delivered Sales Orders (tdsls4223m000) session is displayed.
  16. Click Process to close the sales order.
  17. Verify that the Process Delivered Sales Orders activity is executed and the sales order Status is Closed.
    Note: The sales order must be closed to execute the retro-billing related processes.
