Issue of Invoicing Fiscal Note

To create an invoice for your sales order:

  1. Access the Invoicing 360 (cisli3600m000) session and specify the sales order in the third segment of the Source Document field and click Apply Filter.
  2. Select the billable lines of the sales order and click Actions > Compose invoice. The Invoice Status is updated to Ready to Print.
  3. Select the invoice line on the Invoices tab and click Actions > Submit to External Invoicing. The Invoice Status is updated to Submitted to External System.
  4. Access the Fiscal Documents 360 (lpbra3600m000) session, specify the sales order number in the third segment of the Source Document field and click Apply Filter.
  5. Verify that the fiscal reference generated of the sales order is updated in the Fiscal Reference field on the Fiscal Document tab.
  6. Click Go to Details for the invoice with the Fiscal Reference number in the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session. The Invoicing (btsli2100m900) session is displayed.
  7. Verify that Sale with Order displays in the Invoicing Fiscal Document Type field of the Document Data section of the invoice header.
  8. Specify the required data on the Export Data tab.
    Note: The tax group or fiscal pattern is not defined for the freight line because the freight is a cost item and adds the cost to the total amount of the document.
  9. Click Go to Details related to the fiscal document line on the Receipt Lines tab. The Receipt Lines – Details (btrec2101m900) session is displayed.
  10. Verify that the invoice is selected in the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session and click Actions > Process. The Print/Post Invoices (btsli2200m100) session is displayed.
  11. Verify that the Print check box is selected and click Continue to print the invoice. The Transferred Fiscal Documents Report is printed and the Invoice Status is updated to Printed.
  12. Verify that the invoice is selected in the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session and click Actions > Electronic Fiscal Doc. > Process NFe Return. The Process NFe Return (btnfe8220m000) session is displayed.
  13. Review the data and click Process. The NFe return is processed, the Authorized Electronic Fiscal Document report is printed, and the invoice is integrated with the order.
  14. Verify that the invoice is selected in the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session and click Actions > Electronic Fiscal Doc. > Process NFe Return. The Update Status of Outbound Fiscal Documents (btnfe1212m000) session is displayed.
  15. Review the data and click Update. The NFe Status is updated to Processed and NFe Sending Status is updated to Authorized.
  16. Verify that the invoice is selected in the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session and click Actions > Process. The Print/Post Invoices (btsli2200m100) session is displayed.
  17. Select the Post check box in the Options section and click Continue. Verify that the Invoice Status is updated to Posted.
  18. Verify that the Invoice Status is updated to Approved by External System on the Invoices tab in the Invoicing 360 (cisli3600m000) session.
  19. Select the invoice and click Direct Process to generate the document in accounts receivable (ACR) create the entries.
  20. Select the business partner Accounts Receivable 360 (tfacr2560m000) session and click Open Entries in the Document section. The Invoice-to Business Partner Open Entries (tfacr2520m000) session is displayed.
  21. Review the open entry transaction generated for the business partner.
  22. Select the invoice batch number in the Batch field of the Global Selection of Batches for Finalization (tfgld1210m000) session and click Finalize.
  23. Review and close the generated journal reports.
