Issue the simple shipment fiscal note

To issue the simple shipment fiscal note, the sales order line activities must be executed. To execute the order line activities:

  1. Select the order line of the sales order (with installments) on the Order Lines tab in the Sales Order (tdsls4100m900) session and click References > Status. The Sales Order Line Status (tdsls4534s000) session is displayed.
  2. Click Execute to release the sales order to Invoicing.
  3. Verify that a new billable line is added to the Billable Lines tab in the Invoicing 360 (cisli3600m000) session.
  4. Access the Invoicing 360 (cisli3600m000) session, select the sales order in the third segment of the Source Document field, and click Apply Filter.
  5. Select the second billable line of the sales order on the Billable Lines tab and click Actions > Compose Invoice. The Invoice Status is updated to Ready to Print.
  6. Select the second invoice line of the sales order on the Invoices > Invoice Data tab and click Actions > Submit to External System. The Invoice Status is updated to Submitted to External System.
  7. Access the Fiscal Documents 360 (lpbra3600m000) session and verify the reference number generated for the fiscal document in the Fiscal Reference field and the Fiscal Document Type is Simple Shipment of Anticipated Invoice.
  8. Access the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session and click Go to Details related to the fiscal document with a reference of the simple shipment fiscal note. The Invoicing (btsli2100m900) session is displayed.
  9. Verify that the Invoicing Fiscal Document Type is Simple Shipment of Anticipated Invoice and the Related Reference check box is selected in the Document Data section.
  10. Verify that the shipment invoice includes a related fiscal reference which is updated in the Related Fiscal Reference field on the Lines tab.
  11. Verify that the invoice is selected in the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session and click Actions > Process to print the invoice. The Compose/Print/Post Invoices (btsli2200m100) session is displayed.
  12. Verify that the Print check box is selected in the Options section and click Continue. The Transferred Fiscal Documents Report is generated.
  13. Click OK when the “1 Fiscal Document(s) Printed and 0 Fiscal Document(s) Posted.” message is displayed.
  14. Click Close in the Compose/Print/Post Invoices (btsli2200m100) session.
  15. Verify that the invoice is selected in the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session and click Actions > Process to post and integrate the invoice in the Tax Engine. The Compose/Print/Post Invoices (btsli2200m100) session is displayed.
  16. Verify that the Post check box is selected in the Options section and click Continue. The Transferred Fiscal Documents Report is generated.
  17. Click OK when the “0 Fiscal Document(s) Printed and 1 Fiscal Document(s) Posted.” message is displayed.
  18. Click Close in the Compose/Print/Post Invoices (btsli2200m100) session.
  19. Verify that the Invoice Status is updated to Posted and click Actions > Financial Integration. The Financial Integration (btsli2100m910) session is displayed.
  20. Review the transactions generated on the Ledger Postings tab.
  21. Access the Invoicing 360 (cisli3600m000) session and verify that the Invoice Status is updated to Approved by External System.
  22. Select the invoice line on the Invoices > Invoice Data and click Direct Process. The Invoice Status is updated to Posted.
    Note: The payment schedule is not defined for the invoice related to simple shipment future sale and can be configured using the Tax Engine fiscal setup.
  23. Review the generated reports including the Posting Batches Created report.
