Issue the simple invoicing fiscal note

To issue the simple invoicing fiscal note:

  1. Select References > Invoicing 360 in the Installments (cisli8620m000) session. The Invoicing 360 (cisli3600m000) session is displayed.
  2. Select the billable line of the sales order on the Billable Lines tab and click Actions > Compose Invoice. The Invoice Status is updated to Ready to Print.
  3. Select the invoice line on the Invoices > Invoice Data and click Actions > Submit to External System. The Invoice Status is updated to Submitted to External System.
  4. Verify that a line related to the sales order that started the installment invoicing process is updated in the Invoicing Order Lines Invoiced/Shipped Balance Control (btfdc0560m000) session.
  5. Access the Fiscal Documents 360 (lpbra3600m000) session, select Sales Order in the second segment, the sales order in the third segment of the Source Document field and click Apply Filter.
  6. Verify the fiscal reference generated for the fiscal invoice of the sales order in the Fiscal Reference field on the Fiscal Document tab.
  7. Access the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session and click Go to Details related to the invoice associated with the fiscal reference number of the sales order. The Invoicing (btsli2100m900) session is displayed.
  8. Verify that the Invoicing Fiscal Document Type is Simple Billing of Future Sale Receiving in the Document Data section.
  9. Verify that the invoice is selected in the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session and click Actions > Process to print the invoice. The Compose/Print/Post Invoices (btsli2200m100) session is displayed.
  10. Verify that the Print check box is selected in the Options section and click Continue. The Transferred Fiscal Documents Report is generated.
  11. Click OK when the “1 Fiscal Document(s) Printed and 0 Fiscal Document(s) Posted.” message is displayed.
  12. Click Close in the Compose/Print/Post Invoices (btsli2200m100) session.
  13. Verify that the invoice is selected in the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session and click Actions > Process to post and integrate the invoice in the Tax Engine. The Compose/Print/Post Invoices (btsli2200m100) session is displayed.
  14. Verify that the Post check box is selected in the Options section and click Continue. The Transferred Fiscal Documents Report is generated.
  15. Click OK when the “0 Fiscal Document(s) Printed and 1 Fiscal Document(s) Posted.” message is displayed.
  16. Click Close in the Compose/Print/Post Invoices (btsli2200m100) session.
  17. Verify that the Invoice Status is updated to Posted and click Actions > Financial Integration. The Financial Integration (btsli2100m910) session is displayed.
  18. Review the transactions generated on the Ledger Postings tab.
  19. Access the Invoicing 360 (cisli3600m000) session and verify that the Invoice Status is updated to Approved by External System.
  20. Select the invoice line on the Invoices > Invoice Data tab and click Direct Process. The Invoice Status is updated to Posted.
  21. Review the generated reports and verify the generated ACR document in the Posting Batches Created report.
  22. Access the Transactions (tfgld1101m000) session and click New on the Transaction Types tab to create a transaction and perform the accounts receivable (ACR) process.
  23. Select ABN in the Transaction Type field and click Go to Details related to the ABN transaction type. The Bank Transactions (tfcmg2500m000) session is displayed.
  24. Select the document series in the Document field and click New to create a bank transaction line.
  25. Verify that Receipt Transaction is selected in the Type of Transaction field and select the business partner in the Invoice-from/to Business Partner field.
  26. Select the ACR invoice document number generated for the business partner, specify the other required details and click Save changes and exit.
  27. Select the ABN transaction line on the Transaction Types tab in the Transactions (tfgld1101m000) session and click Finalize.
  28. Review and close the generated journal reports.
