Processing the sales order

To perform the remaining activities of the sales order line and process the sales order, execute these steps:

  1. Select the order line on the Order Lines tab in the Sales Order (tdsls4100m900) session and click References > Status. The Sales Order Line Status (tdsls4534s000) session is displayed.
  2. Verify that the Generate Purchase Order Advice for Sales Order and the Release Sales Orders to Invoicing activities are automatically executed.
  3. Access the Invoicing 360 (cisli3600m000) session, select your sales order in the third segment of the Source Document field and click Apply Filter.
  4. Select the billable line on the Billable Lines tab and click Actions > Compose Invoice. The Invoice Status is updated to Ready to Print.
  5. Select the invoice line on the Invoices tab and click Actions > Submit to External Invoicing. The Invoice Status is updated to Submitted to External System.
  6. Access the Fiscal Documents (lpbra3600m000) session select your sales order in the third segment of the Source Document field and click Apply Filter to view the fiscal reference number displayed in the Fiscal Reference field on the Fiscal Document tab.
  7. Access the Invoicing (btsli2100m0900) session and click the Go to Details button for your invoice with the Fiscal Reference number. The Invoicing (btsli2100m900) session is displayed.
  8. Review the fiscal document data in the Fiscal Document Type Code and the Invoicing Fiscal Document Type fields in the Document Data section of the invoice header
  9. Verify that the invoice is selected in the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session and click Actions > Process. The Compose/Print/Post Invoices (btsli2200m100) session is displayed.
  10. Verify that the Print check box is selected in the Options section and click Continue. The Invoice Status is updated to Printed in the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session.
  11. Verify that the invoice is selected in the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session and click Actions > Electronic Fiscal Doc. > Process NFe Return . The Process Electronic Invoice Return (btnfe8220m000) session opens.
  12. Review the data and click Process. The NFe Status and the NFe Sending Status of the invoice is updated and the invoice is integrated in the Tax Engine.
  13. Verify that the invoice is selected and click Actions > Financial Integration. The Financial Integration (btsli2100m910) session is displayed.
  14. Review the posting data on the Ledger Postings tab
  15. After the integration of the invoice in the Tax Engine, the Invoice Status is updated to Approved by External System on the Invoices tab in the Invoicing (cisli3600m000) session.
  16. Select the invoice line on the Invoices tab and click Direct Process to generate the financial documents.
  17. Review the financial documents generated in the Posting Batches Created report.
  18. Review the transactions related to sales revenue and COGS generated in the Integration Transactions (tfgld4582m000) session.
