Introduction

This document explains the functionality related to the Brazil Localization

The closed warehouse process includes sending the goods to an external storage of closed warehouse type. The material is stored in the warehouse and sent to the customer when the factory sells the goods. The material is sent to the customer from the closed warehouse with an invoice issued by the factory.

After sending the material, the closed warehouse issues a symbolic return invoice to the factory indicating the quantities sent to the customer.

Returns can be sent to the factory trough the return real return invoice process.

The difference to the general warehouse storage is that the materials stored in the general warehouse are owned by third parties. The process is similar to the closed warehouse, but the symbolic return invoice is not issued and the materials are sold in the general warehouse are only received in the factory.

  6. Issue the real return from closed warehouse invoice
  7. Receive the real return from closed warehouse invoice
