Issuing the closed warehouse shipment

To issue the closed warehouse shipment, execute these steps:

  1. Access the Fiscal Documents 360 (lpbra3600m000) session, select the warehouse transfer order in the third segment of the Source Document field and click Apply Filter.
  2. Select the billable line of the warehouse transfer order on the Billable Lines > General tab and click Actions > Compose Invoice.
  3. Click Yes with the “Invoice will be composed based on the selected Billable Lines. Continue?” message is displayed. The Invoice Line Status is updated to Ready to Submit.
  4. Select the invoice line on the Outbox Order tab and click Actions > Submit to External System. The invoice line Status is updated to Submitted to External System.
  5. Verify that the fiscal reference is updated in the Fiscal Reference field, Fiscal Document Type is Closed Warehouse Shipment and the Status is Composed on the Fiscal Document tab.
  6. Access the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session and click Go to Details for the invoice with the Fiscal Reference number. The Invoicing (btsli2100m900) session is displayed.
  7. Verify that the Invoicing Fiscal Document Type is Closed Warehouse Shipment in the Document Data section on the General tab.
  8. Verify that the invoice is selected in the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session and click Actions > Process to print the invoice. The Compose/Print/Post Invoices (btsli2200m100) session is displayed.
  9. Verify that the Print check box is selected in the Options section and click Continue. The Transferred Fiscal Documents Report is generated.
  10. Click OK when the “1 Fiscal Document(s) Printed and 0 Fiscal Document(s) Posted.” message is displayed.
  11. Click Close in the Compose/Print/Post Invoices (btsli2200m100) session.
  12. Verify that the Invoice Status is updated to Printed and the NFe Status is updated to Transmitted in the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session.
  13. Verify that the invoice data is updated in the Receipt Relationship by Invoicing (btfdc1110m000) session on printing the invoice.
  14. Verify that the invoice is selected in the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session and click Actions > Electronic Fiscal Document > Process NFe Return to process the return of electronic invoice. The Process Electronic Invoice Return (btnfe8220m000) session is displayed.
  15. Review the data and click Process. The Authorized Electronic Fiscal Document report is generated.
  16. Click Close in the Process Electronic Invoice Return (btnfe8220m000) session.
  17. Verify that the NFe Status is updated to Processed and the NFe Sending Status is updated to Authorized for the invoice.
  18. Verify that the invoice is selected in the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session and click Actions > Process to post and integrate the invoice in Tax Engine. The Compose/Print/Post Invoices (btsli2200m100) session is displayed.
  19. Verify that the Post check box is selected in the Options section and click Continue.
  20. Click OK when the “0 Fiscal Document(s) Printed and 1 Fiscal Document(s) Posted.” message is displayed.
  21. Click Close in the Compose/Print/Post Invoices (btsli2200m100) session
  22. Verify that the Invoice Status is updated to Posted in the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session.
  23. Verify that the invoice is selected in the Invoicing (btsli2100m000) session and click Actions > Financial Integration to view the integration data. The Financial Integration (btsli2100m910) session is displayed.
  24. Verify that the Invoice Status is Posted and review the related transactions updated on the Ledger Postings tab.
