This document is intended for planners who use LN to plan the supply of items on behalf of customers, or planners that leave the supply planning of particular items to their suppliers.

The intended audience can include implementation consultants, product architects, support specialists, and so on.

Assumed knowledge

Understanding this document is easier if you have some basic knowledge of the functionality of the Enterprise Planning package, and in particular of the order-based planning procedure.
