Additional information fields in Quality
The use of additional information fields is supported in various database tables in Quality.
The table lists the database tables in Quality to which you can link additional information fields. The table also contains the corresponding sessions in which you can view and maintain the additional information fields.

The additional information fields can be defined for these additional information definition levels:
Transferring additional information
The information in the additional fields can be transferred to additional information fields in other sessions in other tables. For example, if you specified a value in additional information field ExampleRef in the originating Contract Deliverables (tppdm7100m100) session, this value is transferred to the additional information field ExampleRef in the Order Inspections (qmptc1120m000) session, in which you can modify this value if required.

Originating Purchase order line or Purchase Schedule → Inbound Order Lines (whinh2110m000) → Order Inspections (qmptc1120m000)

Originating Sales order line / Sales Schedule / Contract Deliverable → Outbound Order Lines (whinh2120m000) → Order Inspections (qmptc1120m000)
