The financial company for which the XML invoice layout is maintained.

Description

The description or name of the code.

XML Layout Definition

The code of the XML layout that is used to generate the XML file for the invoices.

Effective Date

The date on which the XML layout for the invoices become effective.

XML Layout Definition Status

The status of the XML Layout definition.

Allowed values

  • Free: The XML layouts can be modified and linked to billable lines for preview.
  • Active: The XML layouts cannot be modified. Also, the XML layouts can be linked to billable lines for preview as well as for invoice creation. You can set the XML layout as a default. Once an Active XML layout is used, the status cannot be modified.
  • Expired: The XML layout cannot be modified and used for a billable line or invoice creation.
  • Not Applicable

UTC Date Format

UTC dates in the XML files can be printed with time zone. An example is tag CreDtTm (elements 090700000000 or 290700000000).. Based on the setting in the 'UTC format' field a time zone is added to the output. Possible values:

  • With local date time (example output: 2013-10-03T16:10:20)
  • With time-zone (example output: 2013-10-03T16:10:20+02:00)
  • GMT(example output: 2013-10-03T14:10:20Z)
Data Language

The option to select a language in which XML invoices are printed for a given XML Layout Definition.

Allowed values

User Language

The XML invoices are printed in the user defined language. The user language can be defined in User Data (ttaad2500m000) session.

Printed Invoice Language

The XML invoices are printed in the language invoices are generated.

Tax Country Language

The XML invoices are printed in the language of the defined tax country.

Business Partner Tax Country Language

The XML invoices are printed in the language applicable for the business partner defined for the tax country.

Create Readable XML Output

If this check box is selected, the generated XML is formatted for easy readability by adding extra spaces and tabs. This allows you to check for errors manually. It is recommended that you clear this check box if the generated files are directly processed by another system.

Default

Indicates that the XML layout status is Active and ready to be used.

Path for Outputfile

The server path where the output file is saved.

Note: Click Set default Path to set this path as the default.

If this check box is selected, a text is present.

Last Modified by

The user who last modifies the XML invoice layout.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Last Modified Date

The date when the XML invoice layout is last modified.
