Warehouse Mobility - General Parameters (brmcs9199m999)

Use this session to set general parameters for warehouse mobility transactions performed on handheld scanners.

Effective Date

The effective date.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Factory Track Implemented

If this check box is selected, factory track functionality is applicable.

Add Lots in Receiving

If this check box is selected, lot numbers are assigned to items, when received.

Add Serials in Receiving

If this check box is selected, serials are assigned to items, when received.

Receive in Inventory Unit

If this check box is selected, the received quantities are expressed in the inventory unit.

Each Receipt Final Receipt

If this check box is selected, the specified receipts are final receipts.

Use Default Series from Inventory Handling Parameters

If this check box is selected, Infor LN uses the default series defined in the Inventory Handling Parameters (whinh0100m000) session as a prefix to the receipts processed by the barcode scanner.

Note: If this check box is cleared, you can specify the series.
Receipt Series

The code assigned to the receipt series.

Receipt Series

The series number assigned to receipts.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Use Default Series from Inventory Handling Parameters check box is cleared.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Pre-Defined Stage Location for Pick/Pack

The virtual location in which the goods are stored which are in transit from the bulk or, pick to the staging location

Allow Overpick for Production Raw Material Issue

If this check box is selected, Infor LN allows you to pick an item quantity greater than the to be issued quantity, for production.

Allow Overpick for Transfer Order Issue

If this check box is selected, Infor LN allows you to pick an item quantity greater than the to be issued quantity, for transfer.

Allow Backflush

If this check box is selected, backflushing is allowed or reported complete.

Report Order if Last Operation

If this check box is selected, Infor LN reports all the operations in an order as complete when the last operation is completed.

Production History

If this check box is selected, Infor LN tracks the production by shift.

Track Over Issue Transfers

If this check box is selected, Infor LN tracks the issued inventory quantities that are greater than the ordered quantities.

Over Issue Number Group

The number group used to generate over issue transfer orders.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Track Over Issue Transfers check box is selected.
Over Issue Number Series

The series used to generate over issue transfer orders.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Track Over Issue Transfers check box is selected.
Generate Warehouse Order for Intra Warehouse Transfers

If this check box is selected, transfer orders are created for inventory transfers within a warehouse.

Use Default Transfer Order Type and Series

If this check box is cleared, Infor LN uses the default transfer order and series as defined in the Inventory Handling Parameters (whinh0100m000) for inventory transfers.

The type of transfer order used to create inventory transfers.

The description or name of the code.

Transfer Series

The number group used to generate transfer receipts.

User Name for Profile Template

The Infor LN login name.

Reference Identifier Implemented

If this check box is selected, you can use reference identifier shortcuts. Example If you specify Serial Number as Priority 1 and Handling Unit as Priority 2, Infor LN first searches for a serial number that matches the value specified. If not found Infor LN searches for the matching Handling Unit.

Reference Identifier Search Priority 1

The value that Infor LN considers as priority 1 to search for the reference ID.

When serial number is used as a Reference ID, you must scan a barcode containing both the serial number and item number in this format: Serial Number~Item Number.

Lot Code

When lot code is used as a Reference ID, the lot codes must be restricted to one stock point. If single lot codes exist at multiple stock points, the lot code cannot be used as a Reference ID.

The value that Infor LN considers as priority 2 to search for the reference ID.
