Support Information Tool (ttsit0100m000)
Use this session to gather data about your LN environment.
This session collects information about the LN application, the operating system information for the application server and database server, the porting set version and database version. This information is used by Infor Support to provide customers with timely and accurate support. Infor Support can use this information to provide pre-emptive support, in order to head off potential problems with your systems, as well as reduce your case resolution time by making your system information available to support analysts. By running the Support Information Tool on a regular basis and providing the output to Infor Support, you reduce the time required by the support analyst to gather information about your LN environment, allowing them to start working on your case.
The Support Information Tool (ttsit0100m000) session collects information through the bshell and runs on the LN application server. You can store the results in a data file on your PC. Transfer the file to the Infor Support System through any computer that has access to the Internet.
