Configuration Export Overview (ttdcm0563m100)

Use this session to select instances that must become part of the Configuration Export. One or more instances can be selected by starting the instances' session defined in the 'Configuration Object (ttdcm0501m000) session.' This session is started when adding an instance for the company that is selected.

The root table linked to the Configuration Object is used to determine the physical company number. When this is not equal to the company in the overview, this is shown as: 400 (physical company for 300).

This session shows the export overview in levels:

  • level1 (root level): The export name and the description.

  • level 2: The object sets of the export with their description and name.

  • level 3: The configuration objects of the set with their description and name.

  • level 4: The available configuration data companies of the export.
  • level 5: The selected Instances, if no instances were selected 'All Instances' is shown.

Command Description

Select Instances

This command is available in the context menu of a selected Configuration Data Company or individual instance.

When the physical company of a root table of a record-based Configuration Object is not in the set of configuration data companies, the command is disabled.

This command starts the Configuration Object Instance session, defined at the Configuration Object, in the selected Configuration Data Company.

When no Configuration Object Instance session is defined at the Configuration Object, you cannot select instances.

Record-based Configuration Objects

After closing the Configuration Object Instance session, the selected records are added as entries in Configuration Object Instances by Configuration Export. The tree is refreshed.

Delete All Instances

This command is available in the context menu of a selected Configuration Data Company. It deletes all configuration object instances below the company.

After execution the tree is refreshed.

Delete Instance(s)

This form command is available in the context menu of a selected instance. It deletes the selected instance. Multiple selected instances can be deleted in one command execution.

After execution the tree is refreshed.

When selecting a company or instance node in the GBF tree, the Insert and Delete button are enabled equally to the context menu.
