Library Authorizations by Package (ttams3150m000)

Use this session to maintain the library authorizations at package level per role. This means that you can authorize, or deny the authorization of users that are linked to the role to use the functions in a library.

You can maintain exceptions of the library authorizations at package level at the following levels:

The module level by using the Library Authorizations by Module (ttams3151m000) session
The library level by using the Library Authorizations by Library (ttams3152m000) session

You can use the appropriate menu to:

Copy a range of library authorizations from the data dictionary to the current role.
Convert the changes of the library authorizations to the run-time data dictionary. The library-authorizations data of the role is stored in the $BSE/lib/roles/session/<first character of role>/<role code>.

Role: Specifies the code of the role.
Role: The description of the role.
Package: Specifies the code of the package for which the library authorizations are defined.
Authorized: If this check box is selected, the user that is linked to a role, is authorized to use the functions in the library.
