Report Personalizations (ttadv9507m000)

This session shows an overview of existing report personalizations.

When you print a report, the most specific personalization in order of user, role, or company, is used, if present. To create a report personalization, use the Report Designer (ttstppersrep ). For details, see the Infor LN Report Designer Development Guide.

Actions

These options are available:

Copy Personalizations to other level
Starts the Copy to other Personalization Level (ttadv9200s000) session.
View Model
Use this command to view the technical XML description of the personalization.
Regenerate Personalization
Use this command to make a runtime of the latest personalization model from history.
Disable for User
If a single personalization on user level is selected in the session, this command starts the Disable Personalizations (ttadv9109m000) session for the corresponding user.

Otherwise this command starts the Disable Personalizations (ttadv9109m000) session for the current user.

Package

The package code of the report.

Module

The module code of the report.

Report

The report code.

Variant

The variant code of the personalization. One report can have multiple variants of the personalization at the same level. To add a variant, click Duplicate in the toolbar of the session, or use the Report Designer (ttstppersrep ).

Personalization Level

The level on which the personalization applies. User, Personalization Role or Enterprise Modeler Role, or Company level.

Personalization for

The user role or company for which the history records are displayed.

Description

If the Variant field is blank, then this field shows the description of the report.

If the Variant and Label fields are filled, then this field shows the description of the label.

If the Variant field is filled, but the Label field is blank, then you can specify a description for the variant.

Label

The label to use as description of the variant. You can only specify a label if the Variant field is filled.
