Sensitivity Level of Reports and Sessions (ttaad3152m000)

Use this session to to assign a sensitivity level to specific reports and sessions. This session is only enabled when Sensitivity labeling is enabled via session Maintain Parameters (ttaad0100m000). If Sensitivity labeling is not enabled than a message will appear and this session will be closed.

In session Sensitivity Level of Reports and Sessions you can identify per company or all companies reports and sessions that need a sensitivity label. This method can be used in cases where the sensitivity level can not be identified based on the table fields, for instance because it is based on calculated field information derived from sensitive data.

In this case it is sufficient to register the session/report and its description. No registration of VRC is required.

The configuration of the Sensitivity Level of Reports and Sessions session will be stored in the table ttaad352. This table contains the following five fields.

Runtime behaviour

  • Session

The sensitivity label is determined on session level. If multiple fields of a session have sensitivity labels assigned the most sensitive label will be assigned. The color of the label will be shown as defined during configuration. The fonts size is a predefined size of 1,5 the default size and in bold, when printed to PDF / Cognos (BI Reporting). For all other prints the font size "Large" will be used. For example when Windows Printer is used or prints are send to Display, ASCII file or Mail. The sensitivity label is placed in a separate header below the menu bar and tool bar and shown in bold.
  • Report

The sensitivity label is repeated on each new page and shown at the upper left corner of the report. When printed to PDF the font size will be 1,5 times the default font size of the report. When printed to Cognos (BI Reporting) the sensitivity label font size is set to 17pt, which is about 1,5 times the default Cognos font size. For all other prints the font size "Large" will be used. For example when Windows Printer is used or prints are send to Display, ASCII file or Mail. The sensitivity label will be shown in bold.
Component Code

Specify a component code. Depending on your choice in the Session or Report field, you can zoom to the session Sessions (ttadv2506s000) to select a session or to Display reports (ttadv3136s000) to select a report.
