Table Sharing Sets (tltsm1115m009)
Use this session to to maintain table sharing sets.
Package combination
The companies that share tables of a table set must belong to the same package combination as the table set.
Verification
To verify the table sets of a table sharing set for a particular logical company, click
on the appropriate menu.To view the results of a previous verification action, click
on the appropriate menu.To approve the table sharing set for actual use, enter the value Approved in the Status field.
Multicompany environment
If you enter a multicompany environment in the Multi Company Environment field, you can only use logical companies linked to that multicompany environment and the command will be limited to those companies.
If you leave the Multi Company Environment field empty, all companies can be used and the table sharing of all companies can be replaced.
Make the table sharing set actual
Before you can make the table sharing set actual, you must perform the following steps:
- Set all the table sharing set's table sets to Approved
- Verify the table sharing set.
- Change the table sharing set's status to Approved .
To make the data in the Logical Tables (ttaad4120m000) session equal to the table sharing defined in the table sharing set, click on the appropriate menu.

Allowed values
- Draft

The table sharing set can be freely changed.
The table sharing set must be approved, before you can make the table sharing set actual.
- Approved

The table sharing set can be made actual.
- Expired

You cannot use the table sharing set anymore. The table sharing set is retained for archiving only.
- Last Change Date
-
The date and time when the table sharing set was last changed and saved.
- Log Name

The user that performed the most recent change.
- Multi Company Environment

The table sharing set's multicompany environment.
This field is optional.
- Verified
-
If this check box is selected, the table sharing set (in its current composition) has been verified by using the
command. - Actual

If this check box is selected, the table sharing set has been made actual.
- Actual in Next Package Combination
-
If this check box is selected, the table sharing set is made actual when the companies involved in the table sharing are moved to the package combination that is defined in the table sharing set.
