PLM item enhancements

These enhancements have been made for PLM Items:

• The CAD integration with PLM items now supports mapping to categories and category values. This simplifies the process from CAD to PLM and reduces the need to process the same data object twice. Category values of the PLM items and documents can also be mapped to the custom properties in CAD.
• A new function has been added to replace an item in the BOM.
• A weight roll-up is now performed, so assemblies have a calculated weight from the lower levels.
• Filtering is now on effective revision.
• More information is provided regarding the Lifecycle field to inform the user about vault operations and whether the item has been sent to production.
