Activate/Deactivate Exchange Links (daxch4201m000)

Use this session to activate or to deactivate a range of exchange links between the source and the target batches in a multisite environment.

The link must be active to make the exchange link available at the target site, and the subscription available at the source site. When the link is not active, you cannot use the multisite-control functionality.

Tabs

If the Detailed Selection check box on the General tab is selected, then you can only use the Detailed tab to make a detailed selection.

Note: This process can also run as part of a job.

Click Add to Job to start the Job Manager.

Activate

If this check box is selected, and you click (De)activate, a range of exchange links is activated. Specify the range under Selection by Exchange Link.

Deactivate

If this check box is selected, and you click (De)activate, a range of exchange links is deactivated.

Note: 
  • Specify the range under Selection by Exchange Link, if the Selection by Exchange Link check box is selected.
  • Specify the range under Detailed Selection on the Detailed tab, if the Detailed Selection check box is selected.
Only Links Having Status 'Inactive (Target Only)'

If this check box is selected, only the links in the specified range with the status Inactive (Target Only) are deactivated.

If you do not select this check box, the links with the Inactive (Source/Target) status are deactivated.

Selection by Exchange Link

If this check box is selected, a range of exchange links can be selected under Selection by Exchange Link.

Select the Detailed Selection check box to make a more detailed selection on the Detailed tab.

Detailed Selection

If this check box is selected, you can make a more detailed selection of exchange links on the Detailed tab under Detailed Selection.
