Use this session to create or modify wizards.

Mandatory

This field indicates whether the wizard must be executed in the busines-function model.

Expired

This field indicates whether the wizard has expired or not.

Generation Date

By default, the date on which the wizard was created. However, anybody who is authorized can change the date into another date.

User Last Change

The user that made the latest changes in this session.

The date when the latest changes were made to this session.

Start Text

If this check box is selected, start text is available. (See the Edit Start Text command).

End Text

If this check box is selected, end text is available. (See the Edit End Text command).

If this check box is selected, help text is available that contains more background information, or a more detailed description about the use of the wizard. (See the Edit Help Text command).

If this check box is selected, only the owner is authorized to modify the wizard. In addition, the owner must also be authorized for the version and status of the wizard.

Users with Tools Role

If this check box is selected, only ERP users who have the tools role that is specified in the Only Role is Authorized field can modify the wizard. In addition, users who have this tools role must also be authorized for the version and the status of the wizard.

You can link tools roles to a user in the User Data (ttaad2500m000) session.

Note: Super users already have Tools roles.

If this check box is selected, every ERP user is authorized to modify the wizard. In addition, they must also be authorized for the version and the status of the wizard.
