Archive and Delete Request for Quotation History (tdpur1204m000)

使用此进程以 delete, archive, or archive and delete request for quotation (RFQ) history.

Note: 
  • The archiving functionality is available in this session only if the 已实施 RFQ 历史记录存档 check box is selected in the 征求报价单参数 (tdpur0100m100) session.
  • When the Print Report check box is selected, Infor LN displays the following options to select one of these reports upon clicking Continue:

    Selecting the RFQ History by Supplier option, only the RFQ History will be printed and processed with a Bidder linked to it.

存档/删除截止日期

必须删除/存档征求报价单历史记录数据的截止日期。

打印报告

如果选中此复选框，则为所有已删除/已存档的征求报价单历史记录生成报告。

存档
原始公司

存档数据的公司。

目标存档公司

数据传输到的存档公司。

注意

此公司从“已实施的软件组件 (tccom0500m000)” 进程中的“目标存档公司”字段进行检索。

存档公用主数据

如果选中此复选框，则会存档公用数据管理子系统中的通用数据。

注意
  • 仅当在“公用数据参数 (tccom5000m000)” 进程中选中仅通过进程存档通用数据来存档通用数据复选框时，才可以使用此复选框。
  • 还可以使用存档通用数据 (tccom0250m000) 进程来存档通用数据。
存档采购主数据

如果选中此复选框，则会存档采购管理中的通用数据。

注意
  • 仅当在“公用数据参数 (tccom5000m000)” 进程中选中仅通过进程存档通用数据来存档通用数据复选框时，才可以使用此复选框。
  • 还可以使用存档通用数据 (tccom0250m000) 进程来存档通用数据。
存档文本

如果选中此复选框，则还会存档文本。

改写文本

如果选中此复选框，则使用原始文本替换存档公司中的已有文本。
