Field Information

Action Type: The action performed on the object.
Validation: The validation status of the action performed.
Object Type: The category of the object that is checked out manually.
Object Key: The alphanumeric code associated with the object.
Object Revision: The revision number of the object.
New Revision: The new revision number specified for the object.
Action: The status of the action performed.
Action Code: The code of the Error message.
Reason: The reason if in case the Action has Failed with Error.
Category: The code of the object category.
Previous Revision: The existing revision number of the object.
Project: The project associated with the object.
EO ID: The Business Process ID Associated with the Object.
Status: The status of the object.
Obsolete: Indicates if the item is no longer in use.
Security Access Level: The level of security access provided to the user.
Is Latest: Indicates if the revision number of the object is the latest.
Document Type: The characteristics of the document.
Description: The description or name of the code.
