Users Office Preferences (pdcad0107m200)
     Use this session to set the preferences that are applicable to a specific user, for
      the integration with Microsoft Office. A user with an Administrator role can set the
      preferences that are applicable for the specific user. The local integration properties are
      specific to each user. The settings applicable for one user do not affect the properties of
      other users
