Document flow between IFS and LN

  1. Navigate to Connect > Data Flows.
  2. Add a new document flow by clicking Add (+) and selecting Document Flow.
  3. Name the document flow LN_IFS.
  4. Start the document flow with the LN (LN_0000) application, and name it, for example, LN_OUT.
  5. Add the Infor OS Portal (instance01) application, and name it, for example, IFS.
  6. End the document flow with again the LN application, and name it, for example, LN_IN.
  7. To configure the document exchanges from LN_OUT to IFS, specify these documents:
    • SyncSecurityRoleMaster
    • ProcessSecurityUserMaster
  8. To configure the document exchanges from IFS to LN_IN, specify this document:
    • SyncSecurityUserMaster
  9. Save the document flow.
  10. Activate the document flow.
  11. Deactivate the document flow.
