Delete/Archive Inventory Transactions (whinr1200m000)
Use this session to archive and/or delete inventory transactions.
Using this session you can:
- Record the inventory transaction data up to a specific date in an archive company without removing it from your current company.
- Record the inventory transaction data up to a specific date in an archive company and remove it from your current company.
- Remove the inventory transaction data from your current company without archiving.
Select whether you want to delete and/or archive the inventory transactions. Then enter the date up to which you want to delete and/or archive. If you have chosen to archive the transactions, you must enter a company.

Field Information
- Archive or Delete

Indicates if the inventory data will be archived and/or deleted.
- Archive Common Master Data

If this check box is selected, general transaction data is archived. (Recommended)
- Archive Text

If this check box is selected, texts attached to the inventory transactions are archived.
- Overwrite Text

If this check box is selected, texts which already exist under the archive company number are overwritten by the texts from the operational company.
Note: This option is only available if the Archive Text check box is selected. - Up to Date

The date up to which transaction data is archived and/or deleted.
- Original Company

The code of the current company. This is the company whose data must be deleted or archived.
- Archive-to Company

The code of the archive company in which the archived data is stored.
For each company, an archive company is defined in the Archive-to Company of the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
