Shipment Workbench (whinh8360m000)

Use this session to to view the shipments that are at the staging area or the loading docks of a warehouse.

When you access this session, by default, LN displays the shipments that must be processed today. However, you can select the Custom Range option to specify the range of the dates based on your requirement. To view the linked shipment lines, you can click the shipment number.

For each shipment, you can:

  • View the details such as the shipment status, the shipping date, or the ship-to business partner.
  • Execute the shipping processes such as Freeze, Confirm or Re-Open.
  • Detect the irregularities such as delays, shortages, and partial deliveries.

This workbench can be used to efficiently execute the shipment process.

Details of the shipment

For each shipment, these details are displayed in the workbench:

  • Shipment

    The code of the shipment.
  • Ship-to

    The ship-to type and the ship-to code.
  • Location

    The address of the ship-to object.
  • Shipping Date

    The date on which the items must be shipped.
  • Load

    The loading sequence number for the shipment.
  • Weight

    The weight of the load.
  • Days Overdue

  • Partial Shipment

    Indicates that the shipment does not contain the complete ordered quantity.The number of days the shipment is delayed. To improve the visibility, you can set the colors for the range of days using the User Settings option.
  • Status

    The status of the shipment.
  • EDI Status

    The status of the EDI message
  • Additional Costs

    Indicates if the additional costs are (re)calculated during the shipment confirmation.
