Preliminary Delivery Note

Year

Shipment

Load

Ship-from Type

The From and To fields define a range of: the ship-from types.

Ship-from Code

Ship-to Type

Print Options

Select the preferred print option.

Detailed Report

If this check box is selected, LN prints the detailed delivery note report.

Ownership

If this check box is selected, LN prints the ownership of the goods listed on the delivery note. For more information, refer to Delivery notes - Ownership of goods during transport.

Print to predefined Device

If this check box is selected, the application selects a default printer to print the report or document. The use of default printers depends on the setup. For more information, refer to Default printers.

Note: By default, this check box is selected.

Copies

The number of copies to be printed for each delivery note matching the selection range.

Device Selection once

If this check box is selected, the output device used in a preceding print run is applied. The output device is inherited from the previous print run as long as you do not close the session. After closing and restarting the session, you must again select an output device.

This option is useful if this session is open for a relatively long time during which you want to print various times using the same output device, for example for different selection ranges.

Type

Specify whether delivery notes with delivery terms of the following types must be printed:

• Cash on Delivery

  Type cash on delivery (CoD) only

• Not Cash on Delivery

  All types except CoD

• Both

  All types

Print Delivery Notes in Order Language

If this check box is selected, the delivery notes are printed in the language of the orders to which the delivery notes refer.

Print Manual Delivery Notes

If this check box is selected, delivery notes that refer only to manually created shipments are printed.
