Compose Shipping Structure (whinh4140m100)
Use this session to select the loads whose shipping structure must be adjusted using the Compose Shipping Structure graphical interface and to adjust the settings of the Compose Shipping Structure graphical interface.
To select the loads, enter the relevant criteria in the fields of the Selection group box and click . The selected loads appear in the lower section of the session.
To adjust the settings of the Compose Shipping Structure graphical interface, use the check boxes of the View Options group box.
To start the graphical interface, on the appropriate menu, select .
Field Information
- Warehouse

The warehouse from which the goods contained in loads are issued. The default warehouse is taken from the Warehouse field of the Warehousing User Profiles (whwmd1540m000) session.
- Staging Location

The staging location from which the goods contained in at least one shipment line of the selected loads are issued.
- Order Origin

The origin of the warehousing orders that initiated the loads to be selected.
- Order

The warehousing order that initiated the loads to be selected. LN retrieves the loads for those warehousing orders whose warehousing order type has the Single Order per Load check box selected in the Warehousing Order Types (whinh0110m000) session.

The load's total weight.
- Weight Unit

The unit in which the weight is expressed.
- Fixed Weight

If this check box is selected, weight changes of shipments and shipment lines do not result in a weight change of the load. Therefore, the weight of the load is fixed.
If this check box is cleared, you can recalculate the load's weight based on all shipments that belong to the load. To recalculate the load's weight, click the button. You can only recalculate the load's weight if the load is not yet confirmed.
- Maximum Weight

The maximum weight allowed for the load. The value in this field is taken from Freight , if this package is implemented.
The total weight of a load increases if new shipments or shipment lines are added to the load. If the total weight exceeds the maximum weight specified in this field while you are composing loads in the Compose Load (whinh4134m000) session, or creating manual shipments and shipment lines to the load, you are prompted to approve exceeding the maximum weight.
