Warehouse Inspections (whinh2631m100)

Use this session to view and maintain inspection lines. The filter options in this session provide optimum flexibility that helps you to easily select the inspection lines that require immediate attention or those that are due for processing in the future in order to identify potential bottlenecks in the inbound or outbound flow.

Note: 
  • The check marks next to the filter options indicate the filters that are activated.
  • The count fields display the number of lines for the filter. This number can be affected by multiple filter settings.

Graph Settings
Show Number of Lines

If this check box is selected, the vertical axis of the graph displays the number of lines.

If this check box is cleared, the Unit field is available.

Unit

The unit used to express the total quantity of the goods listed on the lines displayed in the graph.

If some of the transactions are expressed in units other than the selected unit, these units are converted to the selected unit. The units are displayed in the vertical axis of the graph.

Note: This field is available if the Show Number of Lines check box is cleared.
Workload
Open

If a check mark is displayed, inspection lines with status Open are displayed on the Inspection Lines tab and in the Workload graph.

Click Open to activate this filter.

Count

The number of lines for the filter. This number can be affected by other filter settings.

In Process

If a check mark is displayed, inspection lines with status In Process are displayed on the Inspection Lines tab and in the Workload graph.

Click In Process to activate this filter.

Inbound

If a check mark is displayed, inbound inspection lines are displayed on the Inspection Lines tab.

Click Inbound to activate this filter.

Outbound

If a check mark is displayed, outbound inspection lines are displayed on the Inspection Lines tab.

Click Outbound to activate this filter.

If a check mark is displayed, inventory inspection lines are displayed on the Inspection Lines tab.

Click Inventory to activate this filter.

Planned Inspection Date
Past Due

If a check mark is displayed, the inspection lines that are past due are displayed in the Workload graph.

Click Past Due to activate this filter.

Due Today

If a check mark is displayed, the inspection lines that are due for inspection on the current date (today) are displayed on the Inspection Lines tab.

Click Due Today to activate this filter.

Due 1 - 7 Days

If a check mark is displayed, the inspection lines that are due for inspection within the next week are displayed on the Inspection Lines tab.

Click Due 1 - 7 Days to activate this filter.

Due Beyond 7 Days

If a check mark is displayed, the inspection lines that are due after next week are displayed on the Inspection Lines tab.

Click Due Beyond 7 Days to activate this filter.

Exceptions
Cross-dock Orders

If a check mark is displayed, the cross-dock orders are displayed on the Inspection Lines tab.

Click Cross-dock Orders to activate this filter.

Note: If a cross dock order exists, the related inspection lines have priority and are placed first in the sequence. The priority of the inspection is based on the Planned Date field in the Warehouse Inspections (whinh2131m100) session. The inspection line with the oldest planned inspection date is listed first.
Workload
Graph

The graph displays the workload, that is, the number of inspection lines to be handled, based on the options specified in the General and Workload group boxes.

If the Show Number of Lines check box is selected, the vertical axis displays the number of inspection lines.

If a unit is specified in the Unit field, the vertical axis displays the total quantity of the goods listed on the inspection lines expressed in the specified unit.

The horizontal axis displays the inspection lines categorized by Past Due, Due Today, Due 1 - 7 Days, and Due Beyond 7 Days.

Number of Periods

The number of periods to be presented in the graph.

The maximum number of periods allowed is 12, irrespective of the selected type of period in the Period field.

Period

The type of period to be presented in the graph.

Item

The item for which you can view the inspection results in the graph.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Show
Approved

If this check box is selected, the approved inspections are displayed in the Results group box of the graph.

Rejected

If this check box is selected, the rejected inspections are displayed in the Results group box of the graph.

Destroyed

If this check box is selected, inspections are displayed in the Results group box of the graph.

Scrapped Quantity in Rejection Unit

If this check box is selected, the scrapped quantity of the inspected items is displayed in the Results group box of the graph.
